Take ten for health..
We have recently been introduced to the gluten free world because of a wheat allergy in the family. I didn't realize all of the different options for flour...coconut flour, brown rice flour, almond flour, and many more.
Take ten to try a new flour. They're healthier and they can make some tasty foods!
We tried rice flour pancakes this morning.
