healthy habits and tired kids..

Take a moment or ten or twenty or more and teach your kids something good, healthy, and fun. The other night, we exercised.

Oh ya, Im talking the jump 3 times in a row, stretch your arms in the air, repeat all that ten more times kind of exercise. And guess what? Not only was it fun, but Mama was out of breath! Pretty sure I burned some calories...take a looksie...

And then eventually the exercising turned into this...
Even Skyelynn seemed to be doing her own variation of exercise ;)
Best part of all is this tired them out before bed!
